New Feedback Tab for Facebook - any good for profile pages??

Below is an article I wrote earlier this month about a new tab application for Facebook. It is not made by Facebook and offers kind of a unique way for page owners to appear transparent, even when they have closed off their Wall to public comments. As you can see here, I thought this would be good for big brands, since they usually have the most popular Fan pages.
