  • 今日の夜ふかしおやつは 白玉の薬膳ぜんざい 本当は…15時のおやつに作る予定だったのだけれどVIVANT振り返り上映会(単独)のお供に背徳感タイムでのおやつ。 実はこれ…甘味料を一切使わずに炊いているしかもスパイシーに。アク取りしながら緑豆がほろっと頃にシナモンスティックとカルダモン(粒)をポイポイっと入れてお塩、最後にA2ミルク、その日の体調に合わせて食べる時に蜂蜜やアガベシロップで甘さ調整って感じに。 食べる時にA2ヨーグルトとクコの実、ナッツとお豆腐mix白玉を！
