  • Preferences: remembering choices such as light or dark theme when you opt in to storing them on your device.
  • Session and product experience: for example remembering map or UI state within a browsing session where we implement that behavior.
  • Analytics and product improvement: we may use a first-party or session identifier to understand repeat visits to public content (for example portal pages) and to improve reliability. We do not sell personal data from cookies.
  • Payments: when you pay or manage billing, our payment provider may set cookies required for fraud prevention, session continuity, and compliance.

4. Categories

Strictly necessary: required for core functionality such as sign-in, load balancing, or security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.

Functional: enhance usability (for example theme). Where required by law, we ask for consent before non-essential cookies; functional storage may be implemented via local storage after you interact with settings.

Third-party: payment processors, map providers, or video communication services may set their own cookies or equivalents when their content loads. Their practices are governed by their policies.
