ちゃんとした #酢豚 作ってみました。ちゃんとというのは、今まで肉はこま切れ肉を小麦粉などで固めてボリューム出したものでしか作ってなかったので、今回はももブロック肉を大きめにカットして衣をつけ、野菜と共に油通しして、作りました👌 ごちそうさまでした🙏 #親父料理 #おうちごはん
