WikipediaCrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is an American cybersecurity technology company based in Austin, Texas. It provides endpoint security, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services. The company was co-founded in 2011 by George Kurtz, Dmitri Alperovitch, and Gregg Marston. Kurtz serves as the CEO. CrowdStrike went public on the Nasdaq in 2019 and joined the S&P 500 index in 2024.
