Interesting SwiftUI glitch: Here, popup hints will show on addButton and reportButton but not editButton. The problem is the Spacer; makes sense since there are other bugs related to it (such as having to put it in a different ToolbarItem).

Okay... declarative UI frameworks are cool and all, until they're not because they just don't support some configuration but you won't know until you run the app and realize it does... nothing. No errors. No crashes due to misconfiguration.
