LoDYc Chocolate の ボンボンショコラ フランス展の会場ではアイス食べたけど、こちらは持ち帰ったもの LoDYcのチョコは普通のチョコよりもちょっと粒子が大きめ。とはいうものの、ハーシーズのキスチョコよりは細かいですけど。なので、ちょっとドライな感じ。 粒子を細かくするのはコンチングという工程で行うのですが、コンチングに長い時間をかけてしまうと香りが抜けちゃうんですよね。 なので、コンチングに長い時間をかけないLoDYcは、その分香りがいいのです。 #甘
