Billing / Stripe charge

Include the date, amount, and last 4 of the card if a charge looks wrong, or paste the receipt email.

Refund / cancel auto-renew

Tell us the #name or keyword phrase, the Stripe receipt or invoice id, and whether you want a refund, a cancellation of next year's renewal, or both. We honor refunds within 14 days of the original purchase; auto-renew cancellations stop the next charge but keep the phrase active through the paid period.
