We want hashtag.org to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and screen magnification. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as part of building the product rather than a one-time project.
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced for web accessibility. We use it to guide design and engineering decisions and to prioritize fixes.
Some parts of the Service depend on third-party components (maps, payment forms, real-time video, and embedded experiences) whose accessibility we do not fully control. Where a third-party element falls short, we look for an accessible alternative or a reasonable accommodation.
Because the Service changes often and includes interactive maps, video, and user-generated content, some areas may not yet fully meet our target. We are working to close those gaps. If you hit a barrier, telling us helps us prioritize the fix.
If you have trouble using any part of hashtag.org, or you need information in a different format, contact us through our contact page and describe the problem, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology you use. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an accessible method.
This statement reflects our current efforts and will be updated as the Service evolves. It does not waive any rights and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
