余談だけど、一時、同じ所有者のもとにあった、「後三年合戦絵巻」（現在は東京国立博物館蔵）も、ちょっと展示されていて、彩色の剥落状況の違いを見ることもできる。それにしても、「後三年合戦絵巻」の壮絶な戦いの表現は赤裸々で、手足、頭の切断された様子がリアルに描かれていて、驚いた。後世の写本は見たことあったけど、何世代も写しが間に入っていたのか、そこまでの印象はなかったので。 あ、あと、オーディオガイドは、文字の展示解説に出てこないネタを解説の中でぶちかましてくるので、ちょっとお金か
他にも、登場人物たちが登場するスピンオフ的な作品を取上げたりと、結果的に、物語受容の現代との共通性が浮かび上がる展示後世になっていた。写本によっては、構図はほぼサントリー本と同じなのに、ディテールの描き込み部分が変わることで、結構印象が変わる、というのも興味深し。 終盤は、様々な記録を通じて、サントリー本がどのように受け継がれ、受容されたのか、後世への影響も含めて示していく渋い展開で、サントリー本を取り巻く関連資料の厚みをうかがい見ることができた。割と血なまぐさいし、若い女性
