今朝の新聞を見てびっくりしました。議員定数削減という重要な議案を、なんと今定例会の最終日に提出して即決しようというのです。まあ議員定数削減と議員報酬増額のことは昨年度までに議会改革検討委員会で重ねた議論ではありますが、定数減・報酬増という委員長案は今年2月に3分の2基準の特別多数決で否決されたところであり、その決定に反する議案を委員会で再審査することなく即決する(しかも通常の多数決で)というのは議会改革検討委員会の軽視にほかならないと思います。このような前例を作ってはならない
