  • 感觉已经无话可说 之前默嘟象上一波一波围绕同人社群的争议里，有相当多ID坚持认为「同人作者不盈利所以不侵犯著作权」和「涉及盈利的行为就是风险」 不知道这几天免费作者甚至读者都被警察抓捕被传唤的新闻有没有让祂们明白 ccp对同人社群下手的唯一原因，就是它作为一个自组织、有凝聚力、促成个体间联结的社群本就是独裁者的心腹大患 所谓的「传播淫秽物品罪」「贩卖淫秽物品牟利」「非法出版物」「非法经营罪」甚至「妨害未成年人身心健康」，都只是围绕「扑灭可能挑战独裁的火苗」而罗织的不同名目而已
