What “ardi” means
WikipediaArdi (ARA-VP-6/500) is the designation of the fossilized skeletal remains of an Ardipithecus ramidus, thought to be an early human-like female anthropoid around 4.4 million years old. Before Little Foot was fully excavated, it was considered the most complete early hominin specimen with 125 pieces, including most of the skull, teeth, pelvis, hands, and feet.
