I’m not entirely sure what started it, but a little while back I decided to start collecting all the Shamen albums on tape (Boss Drum was the last album I bought on tape before moving up to CDs), which soon ended up including the singles as
#NCP Went down a bit of a rabbit hole today, checking out vintage Walkmans. I won a baseball hitting competition back in 1985ish as a kid, and the first prize was a Sony Walkman WM-F10 model, which was at the time (and I think to this day)

What “audiocassette” means
WikipediaThe cassette tape, officially named the Compact Cassette, and also known as audio cassette, or simply tape or cassette, is an analog magnetic tape recording format for audio recording and playback. Invented by Lou Ottens and his team at the Dutch company Philips, the Compact Cassette was introduced in August 1963, and Philips freely licensed the patented format to other manufacturers from 1966.
