WikipediaIn Māori mythology, Tāwhirimātea is the god of weather, including thunder and lightning, wind, clouds and storms. He is a son of Papatūānuku and Ranginui. Tāwhirimātea is the seventh oldest of 70 children, all of whom are boys.
