Axpo Holding AG is a Swiss energy company headquartered in Baden, in the Canton of Aargau, and the parent company of the Axpo Group. Established in 2001 through the reorganisation of the former Nordostschweizerische Kraftwerke AG (NOK), it is wholly owned by the cantons of northeastern Switzerland and their cantonal electricity companies.
