What “biksemad” means
WikipediaPytt i panna (Swedish), pytt i panne (Norwegian), pyttipannu (Finnish), bixímatur (Icelandic) or biksemad (Danish), is a culinary dish consisting of chopped meat, potatoes and onions fried in a pan, similar to a hash, and popular in The Nordics.
