2025 book three: Eleanor Catton: Birnam Wood ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #bookstodon #bookstagram #fiction #2025books #books #fiction #eleanorcatton #birnamwood
#BirnamWood couldn’t be more different from #EleanorCatton’s previous Booker prize winning novel. It’s a fairly straightforward literary thriller and one that is very much of the zeitgeist with environmentalism, social media & billionaires
Finished Birnam Wood yesterday, and it is a bit too good to not discover yourself, but it was also a bit more disturbing than Eleanor Cattons previous two, glad I was sitting down. Something like an opposite knives out? #bookstodon #birnamW
