Petite économie mesquine ou quelle serait une bonne raison de vendre des plaques de chocolat de 96 au lieu de 100 grammes? La plaque de chocolat a toujours été un étalon de référence chez nous pour savoir ce que représentent 100g #Cailler #
Today, we visited the #Cailler in Broc and made our own Swiss-made Xmas decoration out of #Chocolate. What do you think? Which one is made by my son, and which one is mine? 😁 #switzerland
What “cailler” means
WikipediaCailler is a Swiss chocolate brand and production factory based in Broc. It was founded in Vevey by François-Louis Cailler in 1819 and remained independent until the early 20th century, when it associated with other producers. Shortly before, Cailler opened its main factory at Broc in 1898. The company was finally bought by Nestlé in 1929 and became a brand. Cailler is the oldest chocolate brand still in existence in Switzerland.
