I did a second test of the multimer capacity of colabfold_batch. This time I used another microbial homodimer that's been crystallized (and shouldn't have been included in the training set) but is smaller peptide length than the first homod
So ~900 aa at 5 recycles takes between 16 - 20 hrs on my 8 core Ryzen 7 processor. Trying now with 10 recycles to see if it will get the prediction of one domain closer to the crystal structure and it's matching up to the 40 hour estimate.
