@monkeyninja I think my two comfort foods are Sauerbraten and 粉蒸肉 (fěn zhēng ròu, or steamed pork belly with rice powder). For Sauerbraten a good recipe can be found almost anywhere that has German food, like: https://www.allrecipes.com/rec
