What “cyclecars” means

Wikipedia

A cyclecar is a type of small, lightweight, and inexpensive car developed in Europe and North America in the early 20th century. The purpose of cyclecars was to fill a gap in the market between the motorcycle and the car. Most cyclecars were small three- or four-wheeled vehicles made of inexpensive light materials, with low-powered engines, and usually featuring only two seats that were often in tandem.
