WikipediaDjúpalónssandur is a black sand and pebble beach located on the southern coast of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula in western Iceland. It lies within the boundaries of Snæfellsjökull National Park, near the base of the Snæfellsjökull glacier and volcano.
