What “dragonite” means
WikipediaDragonite, known as Kairyu in Japan, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise, and the evolved form of Dragonair, which evolves from Dratini. First introduced in the video games Pokémon Red and Blue, it was designed by Shigeki Morimoto, and, along with Dratini and Dragonair, was the only Dragon-type Pokémon until Pokémon Gold and Silver.
