Always humbling to watch a big cat coming at you, and I never get tired of being around lions. Looking forward to being back in the Okavango next June. #Wildlife #Nature #Cats #Lions #Photography
Hey all. It's Saturday and the #Lions won. Yes, it's preseason, but it still makes me happy. How's everybody doing?

- nounA big cat, Panthera leo, native to Africa, India and formerly much of Europe.
The lion is a large cat of the genus Panthera, currently ranging only in Sub-Saharan Africa and India. It has a muscular, broad-chested body; a short, rounded head; round ears; and a dark, hairy tuft at the tip of its tail. It is sexually dimorphic; adult male lions are larger than females and have a prominent mane that extends from the head to the shoulders and chest.
