  • Fine, I will brew Japanese tea in my Kyusu. NaturaliYea #09 Superior Hojicha from Yunomi (via Liquid Proust). Recommended brew temps for Hojicha are pretty low, some sites say 80C/175F to "avoid bitterness". I went with 180, 'cos I'm a bitt
