#Nidderdale is lovely valley and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Shame it doesn’t get the same status as the Yorkshire Dales next door! This walk from Pateley Bridge to Brimham Rocks does it full justice. Enjoy. Details at tinyurl.co
This is a varied walk from Pateley Bridge in #Nidderdale. There are lovely views with some industrial mining archaeology and a reservoir thrown in. See https://www.happyhiker.co.uk/MyWalks/NorthYorkshire/Pateley%20Bridge,%20Wath%20and%20Min
Providence Smelting Mill – Lead, Sweat and and 200 Years of Silence The arch in this image above has stood on this windswept Yorkshire moor for over two hundred years. It is now the most eye-catching feature in this otherwise barren valley.
