I made this by randomly connecting pixels and coloring the contiguous islands when there is an equal chance that adjacent pixels are connected or disconnected then you get a fractal-esque pattern like this, where islands of all sizes appear

What “percolation” means
WikipediaIn physics, chemistry, and materials science, percolation refers to the movement and filtering of fluids through porous materials. It is not described by Darcy's law.
