What “portree” means
WikipediaPortree is a harbour town and civil parish in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland. It is the main town and largest in the Isle of Skye, and lies within the Highland council area, around 74 miles (119 km) from its administrative centre of Inverness. It had a population of 2,281 in 2022. Around 939 people can speak Scottish Gaelic.
