WikipediaPrasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana) is a Malaysian government-owned company set up by the Ministry of Finance to own, manage, and operate multi-modal public transport assets across Malaysia. Established in 1998 under the Minister of Finance (Incorporation) Act 1957, Prasarana was formed as part of a strategic government initiative to restructure and integrate the country's urban public transportation system.
