I just bought the book Code the Classics volume 2. It’s a book with chapters on the history of different classic arcade games, each with the full source code for a version of the game implemented in Pygame Zero for Python with nice graphics
Are there any game engines that aren’t tainted by slop? Frameworks like Löve2D and PyGame are still clean, but I don’t know of any engines. #gamedev #GameEngine #love2d #pygame #godot #defold
