Today’s run was ok, kept in right zones for majority, couple of times jeffing to make sure hr didn’t get too high although when a car went through a red as I was crossing a road it did spike. Apart from that a good 100 minutes done #running

Saturday long run done. Not the best I’ve ran tbh, copd still causing problems and had to slow to a walk on more occasions than would have preferred. Got my first half in 3 weeks time, just hope I’m fit enough to give it a good attempt #run
