WELL OILED MAI TAI I'm always late for Mai Tai day... This one is a combination of Mai Tai and Corn & Oil. Here I have tweaked the original, swapping amounts of falernum/orgeat, with a splash of seltzer added. - ¾ oz lime juice - ½ oz faler
In the corner where we give things away on my floor, there was a case and a half of Topo Chico Lime with the half being cold. I can already imagine somebody thought they were getting lime flavored sparkling water and not "hint of lime" selt
