What “sfbg” means
WikipediaThe San Francisco Bay Guardian was a free alternative newspaper published weekly in San Francisco, California. The paper was shut down on October 14, 2014. Parts of the paper were relaunched online in February 2016. The news website 48 Hills founded by longtime editor Tim Redmond and publisher Marke Bieschke acts as a successor to the alt-weekly and digitally hosts its archives.

every network with a public tag surfaceFollow #sfbg straight to each platform’s own tag page. Where a platform publishes open data we measure it above; the rest lock their numbers behind paid APIs, so we link rather than guess.
Every number above is measured from a named public API at the shown fetch time. Nothing is estimated or extrapolated. Platforms that lock their data behind paid APIs are not shown. Agents: the same numbers, as JSON, at /api/hashtags/sfbg
