@skye Sane ist ein kleines Monster (weil es so viel kann). Wenn ich einfach nur irgendwas "als PDF" einscannen möchte, dann verwende ich entweder "Document Scanner" (aka simple-scan, Gnome) oder "skanlite" (KDE) oder "skanpage" (auch KDE).
I don't do a lot of scanning at home, so I was very pleased with Skanpage just earlier. It worked nicely with my HP OfficeJet 4650. But, the biggest and most pleasant surprise was that it OCR'd the output! It did a good job of it too! #Kubu
