What “streetracing” means
WikipediaStreet racing is an illegal form of motor racing that takes place on public roads. It typically involves drivers competing in speed contests or other forms of high-performance driving outside the regulation and safety controls of sanctioned motorsport. Street racing has existed for as long as automobiles have been in widespread use, and similar forms of racing on public roads predate the motor vehicle.
