Yesterday, we had another super neat #Sandstone #Climbing experience in #Palatinate. The reaaaally long and big Burghalder Fels has some great #crack climbing and an almost-chimney that´s fun. Starting in the late evening, it was cool enoug
Got on some multipitch trad routes at Dyurrite / the Arapiles on the weekend. First big multi pitch for me and my climbing partner, we took all day to do five pitches (Shroud, 120m, grade 10 (5.4 / 3.b) great fun https://www.thecrag.com/en/
In total this was a superb evening - a nice "Wanderer" 4 to warm up, a simple crack in top rope to train placing gear without risk, and a really hard 6+ dihedral crack just after sunset to finish the day. Abseil with headlamps 🪔🧗♂️🤣. I'
