Fucking "app culture" drives me crazy. I got asked to install a mobile app just to look at the itinerary and accommodation information for a trip I'm going on. Why isn't it just a web page? So obviously I said "fuck that noise, hold my beer
#Javascript or whatever it is can burn in hell. When a #webpage loads and elements shift around during loading, and I had clicked where I need to go already, but they shift right under my mouse and I end up on the wrong page, pisses me off.
I just created a PySide6 application that can both load local HTML files or webpages from the internet and output them as images or videos. There are options to change the width, height, frame rate, video format, etc. #Python #PySide6 #HTML
