@bovine3dom It shouldn't, considering that by definition a summary is neither "all" nor "a part", let alone "a substantial part", of the data. But is there some legal precedent that clearly establishes this? I don't know. #DatabaseRights #O
首先 #TRIPS 所定义的 #数据库权利 #databaserights https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TRIPS_Agreement 的含义和作用是将对数据的整理以特例的形式纳入版权保护的范畴,「even if some or all of the contents do not themselves constitute materials protected by copyright」指的是数据库所编篡的数据而不是指获取数据的方式
#databaserights across platforms
every network with a public tag surfaceFollow #databaserights straight to each platform’s own tag page. Where a platform publishes open data we measure it above; the rest lock their numbers behind paid APIs, so we link rather than guess.
Every number above is measured from a named public API at the shown fetch time. Nothing is estimated or extrapolated. Platforms that lock their data behind paid APIs are not shown. Agents: the same numbers, as JSON, at /api/hashtags/databaserights
