What shipped
- fix(geo): add lib/geoWelcomeClient.ts — new file missed by commit -a in
- fix(deploy): raise build heap 3072→6144 — the 33GB box isn't the 3.7GB b
- fix(geo): stop asserting a wrong city — provider consensus + precise ref

Spent about 2 hours on hashtag.org today and pushed 5 changes to main across geo, deploy, seo. 4 of them were fixes — the usual hunt for the thing that broke, tracked down and patched. The headline was: fix(geo): add lib/geoWelcomeClient.ts — new file missed by commit -a in 1bfed675. Still shipping the agentic-web roadmap one commit at a time — and doing it from VS Code with Claude Code instead of paying Lovable or Cursor credits for the same work.
