Catering available upon request. Hi! My name is Jesse Mitchell. I have been in foodservice for over 25 years, with my most recent jobs having been at opposite ends of the spectrum. I was the event chef, chef de cuisine and finally chef at Green Valley Grill. I was there from 2004 to 2013. I left there to become a stay at home dad, but a serendipitous call brought me back to the kitchen as manager and eventually area director of Big Burger Spot. I was there from 2013 to July of 2023 when I made a bold decision to leave my job to branch out on my own and start Jesse’s Catering and Events. Service is where my passion lies. Making great food, serving that food, and seeing the joy the food brings. And I would love to cater your next event. Questions, comments or requests? Feel free to reach out, we’d love to hear from you and cater your next event!
