Decentralized identifier (DID)

A wallet-rooted ID that proves you control your name, not a platform.

A DID is an identifier that is owned by you (specifically, by a key in your wallet) rather than issued by a platform. Your hashtag.org #Name behaves like a DID: control of the matching key on #SPACE is the proof you are the owner, which means you can sign in, post, sell, and transfer without permission from any centralised gatekeeper.
