The instruction you give an AI agent.

A prompt is the text (and any attached files, voice, images) that you send to an LLM or AI agent to tell it what to do. "Prompt engineering" just means writing better prompts. On hashtag.org, your portal's system prompt is what trains GIGI to answer visitors in your brand voice.
