Public key / address

The "username" of your wallet; safe to share.

A wallet address (sometimes called the public key) is a long string that uniquely identifies your wallet on the blockchain. It is the equivalent of a bank account number: you give it to people who want to send you funds. Sharing it does not let anyone spend your money — only the matching private key can do that.
