At HYA we want everyone to live their best life. We strive to create a “cool vibes” non-judgmental place where people feel safe and therefore inspired to bring about healing, power and awareness through consistent yoga and fitness classes. Hot Yoga Asheville is Asheville’s longest-running heated yoga studio, open since 2008 and voted Best Yoga Studio in Western North Carolina for 17 consecutive years. We are a full-spectrum heated yoga community, not a single-style studio. Our schedule includes: Hot Power Flow, Align Flow, Hot 26, Yin Yoga, BLAST, and Hot Lift, giving students of every level a range of practices to explore. All classes are heated using far infrared technology, which warms the body deeply and evenly without the harsh, heavy air associated with standard hot yoga studios. While we do offer Hot 26 — the traditional 26-posture sequence — it is one class among many. Hot Yoga Asheville is not a Bikram yoga studio. We use the traditional 26-posture sequence in our Hot 26 class independently, and our broader community is built around a much wider range of heated yoga styles.
